Break Policy

How our breaks on Fanatics Live work, from shipping and refunds to serials, $1 auctions and giveaways.

Platform

  • All Big Bodegas Breaks livestreams are hosted on Fanatics Live at Big Bodegas Breaks. Every purchase, bid, and payment is processed through Fanatics Live, and Big Bodegas Breaks never stores your payment information.
  • Billing and payment questions should be directed to Fanatics Live support. Questions about your break status, order status, or shipping can be sent to us via Fanatics Live Messages to the Big Bodegas Breaks store profile.

Shipping

  • Cards ship within 1 to 2 business days of the break's completion to the address on file of your Fanatics Live account.
  • Buyers are responsible for keeping their shipping address current. Big Bodegas Breaks is not responsible for packages sent to an outdated or incorrect address. Please reach out to Fanatics Live customer support immediately to change a shipping address for your Fanatics Live orders.
  • All hits are shipped in a penny sleeve and/or top loader, and every order includes tracking. Certain product releases will NOT include veteran base cards shipping. Be sure to read the specific rules for each product release before participating in a Big Bodegas Breaks live break.
  • Insurance will be placed on certain packages based on the value of the cards in the package, not what was spent.

Holds and Combined Shipping

  • Cards are shipped after every break by default. If your order requires specific accommodations regarding being held, please contact us via Fanatics Live Messages and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Unfilled Breaks

  • If a break does not fill in its scheduled livestream, it will be rescheduled to the next earliest availability and all spots will remain secured for those who purchased.

Refunds and Returns

  • All bids and spot purchases are final. Refunds are not issued based on the cards pulled.
  • If you made a mistake or have a problem with your order, please contact us via Fanatics Live Messages at Big Bodegas Breaks. If we are unable to reach a resolution, Fanatics Live customer support will be the second point of contact.
  • Any refunds required under Fanatics Live's buyer policies will be processed through Fanatics Live.

Product and Manufacturer Issues

  • All product is opened live on camera. Short packs, misprints, manufacturer damage, and missing hits are outside of Big Bodegas Breaks' control, but we are happy to assist with any manufacturer claim or replacement process.
  • In the rare event a card is damaged by Big Bodegas Breaks during a livestream or our shipping process, we will review the situation and work with you on a fair resolution.
  • If your order arrives damaged or a card is missing, contact us via Fanatics Live Messages with proper photos and evidence for further resolution. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with any issues regarding your order. Big Bodegas Breaks is unable to resolve concerns submitted after that window.

Card Assignments

  • If a card is assigned to the wrong spot on our livestream breaks, it will be corrected and sent to the rightful owner.
  • In accordance with Fanatics Live guidelines, cards featuring multiple teams or players are randomized among the owners of those teams or players. For higher-valued cards, all parties must agree to the randomization of the card. Big Bodegas Breaks will help all parties facilitate a resolution in the event a high-valued sports card featuring multiple players is pulled.
  • Redemption cards are subject to the manufacturer's rules and timelines.

Sub-breaks & Serials

  • Sub-breaks such as “serials” can be run during our live breaks, decided by the serial numbering stamped on trading cards. A “10 Spot Serial” is the most common format: all 10 spots are sold, each customer is randomly assigned a serial number 1 to 10, and the hit's own serial number determines which spot receives it (e.g., a card numbered 2/10 goes to the customer holding serial #2).
  • If a Redemption Card is pulled during a serial breakdown, the redemption is handled based on the product's checklist: a /1 goes to the 1 spot; a /2 is randomized between the 1 and 2 spots; a /3 among the 1, 2, and 3 spots; and so on through /9. Cards numbered /10 or higher are randomized across the entire serial, as are base and non-numbered cards.

$1 Auction Bids

  • Auctions on our streams may open at $1, and every bid placed is treated as a binding purchase. If an auction closes at $1, the winning bidder receives the item at that price. We will not cancel, restart, or re-run an auction because it ended lower than anticipated.
  • This applies even if a platform glitch, lag, or technical issue causes an auction to close early or at a low price. As long as the winning bidder's payment processes successfully, the sale will be honored. If payment fails or is declined, the sale is void and the item may be re-auctioned.
  • The same rule applies to buyers: bids cannot be retracted once placed, and winning a $1 auction is a final sale.

Chargebacks

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a break you participated in will result in a permanent ban from all future Big Bodegas Breaks shows. If an issue arises, please contact us first so we can resolve it.

Age Requirement

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a spot in a Big Bodegas Breaks show.

Chat Guidelines

  • Treat breakers, moderators, and fellow collectors with respect. Harassment, hate speech, and personal attacks will not be tolerated.
  • Spamming, self-promotion, and requests for free spots or cards are not permitted.
  • Moderators reserve the right to mute or remove any participant at their discretion.

Giveaways

  • Big Bodegas Breaks runs giveaways on stream in accordance with the Fanatics Live Giveaway Policy and Terms of Use. To enter, you must be present in the livestream at the time of the giveaway.
  • Each giveaway will clearly state the prize, along with any restrictions, limitations, or additional costs, such as shipping. Winners are selected using Fanatics Live's built-in giveaway tools. Raffles, spins, wheels, and outside randomizers are not used.
  • Giveaways run on our streams are hosted by Big Bodegas Breaks and are not sponsored by Fanatics Live. Any fraudulent or deceptive activity, including using multiple accounts to enter, will result in disqualification.
  • Big Bodegas Breaks reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel any giveaway at any time.
